Cadernos Eletrônicos Direito Internacional sem Fronteiras (ISSN 2675-2514) is an academic journal, in online and biannual format, in the areas of International Law and International Relations. The journal is committed to ethics and quality of publications.

Cadernos Eletrônicos Direito Internacional sem Fronteiras only publishes original and unpublished works (national and international), and that are not under evaluation in any other journal simultaneously. The call for papers for publication in the journal will be open twice a year, excluding exceptional cases of receipt by invitation. We are looking for papers that examine the role of law, legal institutions and legal systems in integration and development processes.

Papers will be accepted from authors and authors from different areas of knowledge, with a limit of 4 (four) co-authors per paper sent for analysis. The evaluation of the submitted papers will be made by blind and peer review by the Scientific Committee and in special cases by ad hoc referees. Thus, the work can be approved, approved for publication or disapproved. The identification of possible plagiarism will cause the immediate disqualification of the work for publication, without prejudice of other legally applicable measures.

Cadernos Eletrônicos Direito Internacional sem Fronteiras publishes Articles, Expanded Abstracts, Reviews and Essays as long as they are critical and innovative in the subject. No minimum title is required for this journal for the submission of scientific papers.

All users have free access to any content of the Cadernos Eletrônicos Direito Internacional sem Fronteiras. All material in Cadernos publications may be freely copied, shared and reproduced, as long as the integrity of the content is respected (without modifications) and the use is for non-commercial purposes, specifying the source and authorship.
